How To Join!

1. Complete an Organization Application. The information you provide will enable PILOT volunteers to best match dogs to receiving organizations.
2. Complete an Organizational Representative Profile for the person responsible for adding dogs to the PILOT system and for maintaining information about your organization. Please indicate for which organization for which you are responsible and whether or wish to be notified via email when new dogs are posted to PILOT.
3. In a few days you will be contacted by the PILOT case manager to assure that the information you provided is complete and that your organization matches the criteria for the program. You will then be provided with a “PILOT Receiving/Sending Organization Handbook” and a “PILOT Program Agreement.” Once you have signed and returned the program agreement, you will be given access to the PILOT database both to review dogs and add them to the database.
